In this role you'll be conducting full searches of real property titles in the Land Titles and Registry systems, analyzing historical title information, and preparing chains of title and in-depth reports to ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
As the ideal candidate you will be proactive, personable, and have a strong client-service approach. Well-organized and resourceful, you'll be able to work independently, prioritize, meet tight deadlines and solve problems on your own. You'll need impeccable communication, proof-reading, and grammar skills with a keen-eye for details. Excellent working knowledge of Teraview and conveyancing are required, as well as in-depth understanding of business and legal terminology.
