In-House Real Estate /Commercial Law Clerk #13212 (Burlington)
Calling all Real Estate and Commercial Law Clerks in the Burlington area! We have an exciting new opening for you close to home!
Our client is a well-established Canadian regulator, and they have an immediate need for a Real Estate /Commercial Law Clerk to join their team in Burlington! If you have at least 3 years of related experience and would like to work in-house, then we need to hear from you ASAP!
This role, working within the legal department, will see you monitoring commercial and real estate transactions, preparing legal agreements and corporate documents, performing due diligence searches, maintaining the member database and paper files, and providing a variety of other legal support.
As our ideal candidate, you are a friendly and well-organized law clerk who enjoys working in a team and building relationships with clients, lawyers, and staff members at all levels. You are highly knowledgeable in commercial litigation, corporate, and real estate law, (Estate experience would be a great asset too!), and you enjoy learning new things everyday, problem-solving, and putting your experience and good judgement to use. Please bring your top-notch communication, interpersonal, time-management and technical skills, your enthusiasm, and your keen eye for details to the table here!
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) as well as PowerPoint and SharePoint is required here.
