Financial Services Legal Assistant - #13134
Our client, a top Toronto law firm right downtown, is seeking a bright Legal Assistant to join their Financial Services Group! If you have at least 2 years of experience and would like to work with a top-tier firm, then we need to hear from you ASAP!
This role will see you drafting correspondence and legal documents; managing email, dockets, calendars, and coordinating travel and other engagements for lawyer; maintaining the physical and electronic filing system; and other duties as may be needed.
As the successful candidate you are a motivated, friendly, and polished professional with your Law Clerk diploma (a university degree would be a great asset here too!) along with a strong understanding of legal terminology and a very keen eye for details. Your commitment to confidentiality and client service, sound judgment, strong time-management abilities, and top-notch technical, organizational and interpersonal skills will see you winning here! Proficiency with MS Office, CMS, PDF docs and InterAction are required here, along with a demonstrated ability to work well independently as well as in a team. Does that sound like you?
