Corporate Commercial Assistant / Clerk (Hamilton) - #13077

Our client, a full-service law firm in the Hamilton area, has an immediate need for a motivated Corporate Commercial Legal Assistant/ Clerk to join them on a permanent basis! If you have at least 2 years of experience and would like to skip the commute into the city everyday, then we need to hear from you!

This role will see you providing full legal administrative assistance with mainly Corporate / Commercial files, as well as some real estate files (any real estate experience would be a huge asset here!). As our ideal candidate, you are a strong team player with solid knowledge and experience in Corporate / Commercial law along with a friendly and professional demeanour, excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills, the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and follow guidelines, along with a keen eye for details! Proficiency with MS Office, PC Law, and Fast Company are required here (experience with Conveyancer and Teranet as well would be preferred).
Salary up to $80K with experience including great benefits! This role will not be open long so apply today!
