Corporate Assistant/ Clerk - #12765
Our client, a reputable and well-established law firm in downtown Toronto, has an opening for a Corporate Law Clerk to join them on a permanent basis! If you have at least 3 years of corporate experience and are looking for a change, then we need to hear from you!
As our ideal candidate, you are a friendly and confident professional who is comfortable interacting with lawyers, clients, and staff at all levels. You come with solid knowledge all relevant corporate statutes and procedures, along with excellent time management, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, and a very keen eye for details! Proficiency with MS Office and Fast Company are required here.
Your responsibilities in this role will include the following:
-Conducting corporate due diligence and name searches;
-Preparing minute books, legal documents, government forms, and
-Managing calendars and due dates for lawyers; and
-Liaising between lawyers, clients, court clerks, and other professionals as needed.
