Collections Clerk #13050

Our client, a very well-known law firm located downtown Toronto, just a short walk from Union Station, had an immediate opening for a Collections Clerk to join them on a permanent basis! If you have at 2 years of related experience, we need to hear from you ASAP!
This role will see you liaising between clients and lawyers professionally, maintaining accurate notes and client records, processing write-off requests, payments, and trust transfers, and updating interest amounts, dockets, and other details in the firm's accounting system. You will also assist the accounting department with daily deposits, double-checking receipts, and other duties as needed.
As our ideal candidate you are a confident professional with excellent communication and administrative abilities, solid attention to details, and great problem-solving and time-management skills. You thrive in a professional atmosphere, and work well on your own and within a team. Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel) is required here.
Salary is up to $49K based on experience, including great benefits - apply today!
