Law Jobs in Ontario
Bilingual Litigation Software Trainer & CSR
Our client, a well-known software developer in the Canadian legal market, has an immediate need for a Litigation Software Trainer & Customer Support Representative to join their downtown Toronto office on a permanent basis! If you are bilingual in French and English, have at least 3 years of litigation experience, and would like to share and expand your knowledge, then we need to hear from you!
This company has developed a world-renowned legal document assembly and automation software engine, which is used by law firms throughout Ontario. They are expanding and looking for YOU to grow with them!
In this role you'll be training legal professionals and administrators in the eastern and western provinces of Canada (including Quebec), either individually or classroom-style, to understand and get maximum value out of their Automated Civil Litigation (ACL) software. You will learn the software in and out, stay up-to-date on the latest changes, test new versions, liaise with clients to customize their experience and ensure their needs are being met, and provide helpdesk support. You will also be involved with frequent sales and demo meetings, lunch and learn presentations, and refresher trainings. As the company expands into other provincial markets (AB and BC), you will learn the rules pertaining to litigation in those provinces as well.
Please note that this role requires a valid driver's license, access to a vehicle, and willingness to travel within Canada for a minimum of 1-2 weeks per month.
As our ideal candidate you are a bright, friendly, and well-organized legal professional with a strong litigation background, top-shelf communication skills and customer-service orientation, and a very keen understanding of the Rules of Civil procedure (family law knowledge would be an asset too!). You are a tech-savvy team player, always on the cutting edge, seeking new opportunities to improve processes, and learn and grow with your team. You are motivated, hard-working, and have impeccable attention to details. To better serve their eastern clientele, full bilingualism (in French and English) is a must in this role. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel are required.
